Celebrated my friend's 19th birthday yesterday. We decided to buy Bengawan Solo's cake coz the shop sells quality cake which is considered cheap. Mango cakeThis is the awesome mango cake with lots of mango fresh fruits on top covering the whole cake. on top of the mango fruits, there is a thin layer of agar-jelly coating which make it sweeter and look more attractive. I simply like the small bunch of small red cherries which is sour and sweet. The cream is a bit sweet but i still can accept the sweetness. The cake was layered with one cake base then cream, mango fruits and repeated. The cake was very soft and has a tinge of vanilla smell. continue reading
