When i passed by Big Easy,i saw the promotion. $9.90 for fish and chips or burger.This shop has American style,and i like they play all the old hits song. Really nice. The green onion,tomato and vege is fresh.The hot sauce on the chicken is nice. The chicken is also nice,the meat is full with taste. But the chicken is quite hard. Fortunately,the knife is very sharp,it's quite easy to cut the chickenThe beef is grilled.I like the smoked taste,but the beef easily scattered after i cut on it. It is also too big in size,so make me feel oily after eat half of it. But the taste is quite nice also

Chicken burger + Fries $9.99I thought dining inside Sentosa itself will be very expensive as it is tourist attraction place but my friends and I saw this promo so we straight walk in haha! Chicken breast was hard, a bit bland and quite dry, the hot sauce is tasty for me, the burger bun and fries are both nice and the portion is large too.Hamburger + Fries $ 9.99The beef patties is really large and thick! But it's not very enough marinated so not much flavour inside.

Sentosa is so hot..I'm so hungry after have a long walk with my friend.I'm just a student,really can't afford the food at Sentosa,all of them are expensive.When i passed by Big Easy,i saw the promotion.$9.90 for fish and chips or burger.This shop has American style,and i like they play all the old hits song.Really nice.Before ordered the promotion meal,we need to ordered drink first.This is the condition.All of these drinks are just normal,especially the orange juice,too sour already.$3.90 per cup.The tomato sauce is quite nice,a bit like the spaghetti one.The chilli sauce is also nice.But the hot sauce is not very nice,a bit sour.By the way,i'm still ok with it.The french fries is nice,because of the add-on flavouring.The green onion,tomato and vege is fresh.The hot sauce on the chicken is nice.The chicken is also nice,the meat is full with taste.But the chicken is quite hard,for me,as a bracers,it's really hard to eat it.Fortunately,the knife is very sharp,it's quite easy to cut the chicken.I like the bread,it crispy on the skin and the inner part is soft enough,I like the taste of the bread,it's very nice.There are also some sesame at the top.It seem like the bread is very dry,but it is not,it is very delicious.Soft plus great.I more prefer eat this burger with another person.But the taste is quite nice also.It's quite thick and big in size.I'm really very full after eating it.The beef is grilled.I like the smoked taste,but the beef easily scattered after i cut on it.It is also too big in size,so make me feel oily after eat half of it.But the taste is quite nice also.

Big Easy is a New Orleans themed Jazz Bar. Nice nostalgic jazz sets the atmosphere when you step in. Immediately, you are in another world, as the fragrance of Cajun food permeates your nose. You can try the Gumbo, or Smoked Ribs. The share is so big that you can order 3 for 4 person - which was what we did - and still be full. The waiter was very enthusiastic, recommending with passion, but also professional to leave us some time to comtemplate and decide. Food wise, the flavour is intense. For those who are not used to Cajun food, be warned that it can be very salty. We drank an estimated 4-5 cups of water each. However, don't be mistakened. It's just so delicious, it's worth the effort. Just get worried about the kidney, that's all. Nice for hanging out or outings with family*. The only problem: too salty. 8-9 marks for taste. Now, how many marks to deduct for saltiness ? *May not be suitable for elderly who needs plain rice. The rice that is also Cajun rice - aka salty, and tastes different. Younger ones should have no problem adventuring.But then, it's Cajun.
