Introduction
Blackball was drawn from the idea of 'Xian Cao' being black in colour and taro 'balls'. 'Xian Cao' is a key inclusion in most traditional desserts across Taiwan. The company was founded and created by Mr. Tang in 2006 and is now one of the biggest dessert chains in Taipei with more than 20 outlets.
