Because breakfast is super important before starting the day's work, I definitely like having something light, not too oily and easily digestible in the morning. Looking (and tasting somewhat) like a mere sponge with really faint hint of matcha green tea, this palm-size cake from Breadtalk seemed an ideal fit. But I would like to feel healthy and hence wished that a greater amount of matcha went in.

The price of flosss has gone up from $1.50 to $1.70. Nevertheless, as we loved the bread, we will still buy it once in a while. The bread size is still the same, and I felt that the floss filling seemed to have been reduced, though it could just be coincidental. The bread is still as fluffy as it always is, and the floss goes very well with the soft bread. The mayo is just enough, not too much such that it is too oily and not too little such that the floss do not stick to the bread.

I really like bread talk because of their innovative and constantly changing flavours of buns and pastries. The last time I went there, i tried out their steamed cakes. This healthy option came in a variety of flavours including my favourite cheese. The cheese flavour was really distinguishable and was very delicious. The cake was soft fluffy and very moist!

After 9pm, the breadtalk always have offer.5 buns only for $7.This is a new flavour.Look like a orange.It is special for chinese new year.The skin is a bit crispy and there are icing sugar on it.It taste a bit sweet and there are orange flavour filling inside.A bit sour and sweet bun.This is a bean bean bun.The bun is very soft.and the bean is a bit crispy.The filling inside is abit like tausa,just it is more smooth and sweet.This is the Korean style bun.It is the hard kind of bun.There are chicken inside and it taste like BBQ.This green tea muffin is nice..!And with the red bean.Make it taste really great.

I just the love the buns for bread talk as they smell so overpowering even when you're a few shops away and gives a very inviting feel. This time, I went for the Smart Alec (if only it did make one smarter after consumption!). It is however, a healthier option. It consists of a very soft long bun with a generous filling of custard right in the middle. It was not too sweet and tasted pretty much awesome. It was also topped off with icing sugar which gave it an edge.At only $1.40, this was reasonable
