When I reached home from work, my sister has given me a surprise by passing me a slice of chocolate cream cake from this Cake history outlet. As I went back home late, I did not manage to see the whole cake which she has bought. But base on this sliced cake, I suppose this tastes really good! The chocolate sponge was soft and moist, which the cake sponge is also not too sweet. The chocolate cream is fragrant and not too sweet as well. Every time I walk pass this bread stall, there's a nice bread smell so every time I will be attracted by the nice bread smell and buy back some breads. They have a lot to choose from, also have cakes, but among all I like the hotdog bun the most. Their bread texture was soft and sweet, hotdog very chewy. Their price is average but quite nice to eatevery time lunch time go also long queue.

I passed by cake history on my way to work and decided to get a bun for the afternoon. The bun I got for myself was the yam bread as I recalled it was quite nice the other time I had it. Normally for cake history, if you go after working hours, around 7pm, they will have an offer where the breads will be sold at $1 each. In the mornings, the breads will be at the normal price though, so I paid $1.20 for it. The bread is rather sweet tasting and the yam filling is also quite substantial. The yam

Grabbed this loaf of raisin bread off the counter for afternoon tea. To my disappointment, this loaf of raisin bread is superrrr oily, as you can see from the shiny appearance! But taste-wise and texture-wise, it was alright. The white bread was soft and fresh..delightful to eat on its own However, they can add more raisins to give a more satisfactory bite. Overall, it was delicious if you tear away the oily crust.

The vanilla cream used in this cake is very fresh and also not too sweet. The sponge cake is very soft and light, which goes really well with the vanilla cream. Moreover, the different types of thinly sliced fruits such as the strawberries and kiwi topped on it are also very fresh and sweet as well. The price is quite reasonable and good to serve between three to four adults.

I like Cake History for its affordable and wide range of breads, cakes and even pastries. Their egg tarts are also quite affordable, at $2 for a box of 3 egg tarts which prompted me to get a box of it. The egg tarts are quite delicious. The custard is not too sweet and the pastry is a little saltish which complements well with the custard. It is worthwhile getting your fix of egg tarts from them.

My son wanted doughnuts for lunch to eat at school, so we went to Cake history and bought a couple of doughnuts one with coloured sprinkles and the other with chocolate sprinkles. The size of doughnuts there are really huge and the price is worth the size. I bet my son is going to be really full eating them

I love this wheatgrass mooncake! Unique flavour and nice green colour. The mooncake fillings at Cake History is rougher than at Q Bread, but their pastry is better than at Q bread. Q Bread pastry is too thin, but looks very good. Cake History pastry is thicker and more balanced but not as detailed.

The fillings are supposed to be reduced sugar but it's still pretty sweet. Can't really taste any wheatgrass but it's got a nice flavour.

Costs about $7.50.

My mother came home with breakfast from cake history. I chose their hotdog boat bun. It really does look like a boat. They add a lot of sweet sauce on the hotdog. The hotdog is sliced into half and placed on the bread. The bread is quite moist and the sweet sauce add a little nicer flavor to the bread. Totally enjoy it!

They are having a sale of breads at only $1 each. I didn't think of buying it at first, but I thought my son would like to have it since he is always snacking at night. I chose this sliced hot dog bread since it looks very nice and I thought my son would like hot dog bread better. Back home, I also tore a small piece out to eat and it is much better than I have expected. The hot dog is not too overly salty and the bread is quite soft and fluffy. Really worth the $1 paid.

this is kaya coffee bun i bought from cake history.the signature bun is actually the coffee bun, i am just being curious about this bun so I decided to buy it to try. As a bread lover, the texture for this bun is just average for me. The elasticity for the bread dough can be improved. I will not recommend this bun to my friends or family

I was rushing to work and I felt hungry. Normally my mother will be the one that buys me breakfast but my dad ate it for supper. I passed by a cake history and grabbed a bun. I bought the sausage pizza bun. It was quite filling, they were very generous with their sausage.

The bakery is located right outside the MRT station, very convenient for the morning and evening rush. Once in a while, they will be selling the bread for $1, so do look out for it. Apart from the usual breads, they sell egg tarts as well. The crust is more of the biscuit kind, rather than the crispy ones like of the Portuguese egg tart. The egg tart here is pretty normal and the egg filling is quite tasty.

I was in a hurry and so only had time for a bread as my lunch. I haven tried breads from cake history before even though I always get quite tempted when I walked past the bakery. The bakery has loads of choices of breads and cakes to choose from and I was spoilt for choice. In the end, I settled for Tuna Croissant which looked huge. The tuna was delicious and the bread not too hard. Take note that it has a sale every night around 9 plus, all breads are only at $1.
