I popped by CALI at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener recently, and it was such a treat. The moment I sat down, the modern, airy vibe and the aroma from the live kitchen immediately set the mood. I went for the Fiery Shrimp to start. It had a nice kick without being overwhelming. The Wagyu Petite Tender Fajita sizzled on the plate and was perfectly tender, while the Braised Beef Cheek practically melted in my mouth. The Garlic Naan was great for soaking up all the flavors. Ending with the Molten Lava Torte felt indulgent yet comforting. Service was friendly and easygoing, making the whole experience feel relaxed but special.
