I was told that the couple used to work with SIA as cabin crew. And, i guess that very much explained on such professionalism in service delivered.

When it was my turn, I answered in English when she asked in Mandarin for my order. She then immediately followed up with replies in English.

I wanted the Curry Chicken Chop Noodle for $3.50. She said, 'Be careful. It's hot.' followed by 'Thank You' when she placed it on my tray. I was deeply impressed and totally amazed.

A substantial portion of mee kia came with a massive piece of nicely chopped fried chicken cutlet and pieces of potato. It was served in a generous amount of curry sauce.

The chicken chop was freshly fried to give it a noticeable crispiness and succulent texture without the greasiness. It tasted extremely good after soaked in the curry sauce.

The mee kia was cooked well to give it the desired springiness with an enjoyable chewiness. It might be a little heavy for breakfast but definitely an ideal choice for lunch. It tasted much nicer as compared to the Dumpling Noodle that i ordered during my first visit quite a while ago.

Another popular item that ordered by many of their probably regular customers is Curry Yong Tau Foo. I have indicated this on my must-try list and hoping to try it on my next visit.

Good foods coupled with good service. What more to ask but to go back for more. Strongly recommended.

I love their yong tau foo laksa so much, with their home made ingredients of yong tau foo of fried one and steamed one, and very nice crispy tau kee, it is full of ingredients with beehoon (choice of mee, beehoon or thick beehoon), i love thin beehoon soaked in laksa sauce with the freshly made yong tau foo, totally addictive. one thing you have to queue at least 20mins to 30mins for your food at peak hours. worth to queue. they also sell chicken chop curry, wanton mee too.

When I arrived at this hawker centre, I was surprised to see a really long queue at this stall. I presume that the food is really good so I joined in the queue. I ordered a plate of the dry wanton noodles. It was pretty reasonably priced. The noodles were pretty good, very springy and QQ. You can hear the crunch when you bite into it. The sauce they added to the noodles is very tasty as well. The wanton were placed in a bowl of soup. The soup was really tasty, not too salty. The meat in the want

The skin that wrapped the wanton was very thin. I like the chilli sauce they added to the noodles. It was rather spicy but it added some hotness to the noodles. It was indeed worth queuing.

My favourite noodle stall at Chinatown! Tried to have a non chilli paste noodle this time and swapped it with green chilli instead. Actually, for the dumpling noodle, green chilli taste much better than the chilli paste as the sour and hot mixture connects with the dumpling’s tenderness. You get to crunch on the chilli ( as they are fresh ) as well as the waterchesnuts in the dumpling! Yummy!

Love the noodles here. The cook knows how to mix up a nice hot bowl of spring like noodles man! Finished my wantons before I could take any pictures, I find that their wantons are of reasonable size, their fillings are also reasonable too. Their chilli paste here is very nice, not very spicy but has that very nice fried chilli smell. Sedap!

Ordered a shuei jiao soup for a cold day. I do not understand why the queue is so long whenever lunch is near. Their soup is nothing much, their shuei jiao is a bit to the smaller side, size wise. However, their fillings are genuine unlike some stalls which make them look big but it's actually covered up by the rice flour. The stall's people are friendly though, maybe it's their good attitude that brings people back to the stall.Maybe I will try their noodles next time round.

I was here for lunch and the long queue right in front of this stall caught my attention and got me to wonder what is so good at this stall. A usual situation for such a queue is the food must be really good or the food must be really cheap. A small stall like this is selling various type of foods like wanton mee, dumpling noodle, laksa as well as yong tau foo. It might be another 'jake of all trades master of none' stall nevertheless i still decided to check it out. I decided to go with dumplin

I decided to go with dumpling noodle. The portion was pretty good for $3.00, a reasonable amount of noodle with 5 pieces of dumpling together with a handful of vegetable in the soup. The noodle tasted alright though, pretty springy and minus the acidic taste. Cheap and good might be the reason behind the regular flow of customers at this stall.

I suppose this would be a one time off experience as i would rather go for the other famous wanton noodle stall in this food centre.
