For $2.50, you can get a bowl of heartening warm soupy wanton noodles. The egg noodles were the type that I enjoy and though it was cheap, they did not skimp on the ingredients and the veggies. The wantons look to be wrapped in store and seemed very fresh when consumed. It seems like a lot of love and energy was put in the soup as it was a broth seems to have been boiled from little fishes. There always seems to be a line at this venue, but if you consider quality and quantity of the food that you get with the price, it's really a steal--and a hearty one too.

I went to ABC Brickworks food centre for dinner. there were quite a number of stalls opened. I noticed a queue at this stall and decided to order their shredded chicken hor fun. Their food prices were very reasonable, between $2.50 to $3. Initially my hor fun only cost $2.50 but I decided to add more hor fun as I was very hungry so it added up to $3, still very cheap for quite a large bowl. The hor fun is very chewy. the gravy is very tasty, not too salty. they also gave a bowl of soup to go alo

This stall is strongly recommended by a friend. There was a long queue when i was there during lunch. I queued and waited for 15 minutes to order. I ordered a basic plate of wanton noodle for $3.00. The texture of the noodle was springy and chewy. It tasted delicious after tossed well the the sauce mix. It came with a generous bit of char siew, vegetable and 3 wantons in the soup. The taste of this wanton mee is easily one of the better ones around.

This stall always had a long queue whenever I visit this hawker centre, but not this time round, so I decided to give it a try.I ordered the shredded chicken noodles for $2.50. In fact, all their noodles cost only $2.50! The overall taste is slightly above average, and the green chilli is very well marinated, but however, the portion is a little small.I will come back to this stall again if I need a light meal.

Whenever I am at the ABC Brickworks Food Centre, there is always a queue at the Cantonese Seng Kee Wanton Noodles stall. Since i am curious if the noodles are nice and i am there before the queue is long, i decided to order a plate of dry wanton noodle. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the serving of char siew was generous. The wanton is a bit small but was tasty

Long queue spotted during lunch. I counted about 8 people were in the queue. I think this noodle should be good so i joined in too. I ordered the cheapest of all - a plate of wanton noodle at $2.50 that came with 3 wantons. The noodle was quite nice, very QQ with nice char siew too. I do not mind come here again as i liked it.

This was one of the stalls that i spotted a long queue during lunch. It gotten me to wonder what is so good about this stall to get all these people to queue up. And the only way to find out is for me to join in the queue. There were about 9 people right in front of me and i waited for about 15 minutes to order my food. I ordered the wanton noodle for $2.50. First impression when i gotten my food was the good portion of noodle served. The noodle was definitely good enough to feed a hungry stomac

First impression when i gotten my food was the good portion of noodle served. The noodle was definitely good enough to feed a hungry stomach. It came with a generous serving of the slices of char siew together with 4 wantons in a bowl of hot soup.

Another reason that made this a delicious plate of wanton noodle was the fried pork lards and its oil used to be part of sauce mix.

So, to enjoy this plate of wanton noodle, please put aside the health conscious mindset.

Though I frequent ABC Brickworks Food Centre quite regularly, this stall has never really caught my eye due to many variety of stalls here. I finally managed to patronise it, not once, but twice in the week.I bought the Dumpling Noodles for takeaway and it did not disappoint. The Dumplings were moist and succulent and the noodles not over done. Surprisingly, it was not overly oily as some other wanton noodle stalls would be heavy on the oil.Actually, all the other dishes look quite appetising

Actually, all the other dishes look quite appetising too.

However, I was not impressed by the service the second time I went to the stall. My daughter wanted to eat wanton noodles but wanted to exchange the Char Siew for Shredded Chicken (she loves wanton but no so much Char Siew). And guess what the stallholder charged us? An extra $1!!!

It was only a simple request and we did not even ask for extra ingredients, just a change of meat. No service or pleasing of customer here.

Not going back again.
