Service was alright and staffs are friendly and helpful.  Had tried their luo song tong, also know as the boscho soup, which is simply tomato paste soup base with mixed vegetables.  The soup was quite diluted and not much vegetable can be found in it.

The iced milk tea, which I suppose to be very look forward to, was very disappointing.  Super diluted with lots of ice cubes inside, which the portion of the ice cubes is even more than the milk tea. Moreover is too sweet and not flavourful as well.

Grilled Chicken chop in hot plate looks rather 'too simple' and like a course that can be easily prepared at home. Chicken chop was too dry and not really grilled till very nice and fragrant.  French fries were cold and too salty.  Even the mushroom sauce taste like can soup sauce, which is totally no creative.  Spent $15 for this meal which is not worth.

This Hong Kong Café is very comfortable as is quite spacious and the environment is also cooling and nice. Have bought their pork chop to try and was not too impressed with it. Even though the portion was quite a lot, but the taste was so so only. The pork chop was tender and juicy but the marination was not really tasty. the French fries were quite soggy and quite salty. The quarter corn is also too dry and not flavourful. For the price of $12, is expensive and not worth the money.

Fried rice with sausage was delicious almost like claypot fried rice but without the claypot. Chicken rice balls (I don't know the real name, didn't take note) was the most interesting dish, I see this huge crispy burnt rice ball size of probably a tennis ball/baseball. Cracked it open and there was a hard boiled egg hidden within! The rice was delicious when coated with the sauce and paired off with the tender meat.

There're many shops here to jalan jalan right in town.

Next my pork chop bun was huge with a soft bun and slices of lettuces combined with a slice of pork chop. They gave me disaposable gloves to eat with my hand. This is the 1st time in Singapore I am given plastic gloves to eat my food with my hand. I like this thoughtfulness. I normally find disposable gloves given out in China when eating fast food Roast Chicken.

The taste could be improved if they toasted the bun so that it has a slight crisp, and the pork chop should have been marinated longer so that it taste better.

I tried ordering other common HK cafe food and traditional dessert but they do not serve it . Based on what I order, the taste wise can be further improved to give it a more authentic taste of HK Cafe.

Generally, the food from this cafe tastes quite good. However, I find that the price is slightly higher as compared to the other HK cafes such as Xin Wang, etc. The service is also not very good as the waitress seems to have very knowledge of the food the cafe is serving. I ordered a Horlick and she serves me a drink which is dark brown in colour with cream on top. And when I highlighted to her that it is not Horlick, she insisted that it is. Nevertheless, if you ever visit this cafe, I will recommend that you try the Yang Chow fried rice. Not only is it tasty, it is also not oily.

This hot stove chicken chop has quite a nice presentation when it was served to me. Steaming hot as since the foods are served on the hot stove. However was quite unimpressed on the so so taste of the chicken chop. The chicken may be quite tender, but it was not marinated well which make it taste quite plain. The french fries was quite alright but was quite tasteless as quite little salt was added to it.
