This mini muffins from Cedele are one of my favourite pastries from this cafe. The sponge cake is very moist and soft which are also not too sweet too. Infact the texture is very thick and almost eating a Chinese kueh kueh. The smooth mango cream topped on it is also quite fragrant and not too sweet too. Cedele, a familiar name which has several branches across the island and it has restaurant, bakery and cafe concepts. Stopped by to satisfy the tummy's calling for cakes!The Mixed Fruit Pavlova never fails to attract me whenever I walk past a cedele cafe. The sheer imagination of fresh fruits atop meringue got me going. Finally, I sat down and decided to give it a try. The Pavlova was slightly above average, the fruits were really fresh but the meringue was not too bad. Had the carrot cake which tasted really good. It is one of the great cakes recommended by many! The chocolate cake was not bad too except that the cocoa powder had me choking when I first put it into my mouth.Cedele strives for its consumers to eat well and be well by having no trans fats in the foods which is really important as all of us seek a healthy llifestyle these days.
