Being here for quite a few times and always been craving for their hot thick pumpkin soup with the French toast bread. Portion is very generous and per portion is really good to have it as a main course and good enough to fill my stomach. Pumpkin soup is very thick in texture and you can really taste the natural sweetness of the pumpkin used in it. Go along with their French toast that are baked freshly daily, is a perfect meal for everyone. Restaurant is quiet and cosy, service is friendly too. continue reading

The salads at Cedele are wonderful. They do not just taste delicious, the portions served are huge, such that one can get filled on a low-carbohydrate healthy salad! Also, unlike most salads, Cedele's salads contains a wide variety of vegetable, and is not just limited to lettuce and tomatoes. My friend I and shared two salads. The Grilled Chicken Breast salad, was wonderful. The chicken breast was cooked to perfection- tasty, slighty charred and not too dry. The smoked salmon salad, had a slightly more savoury taste to it, and the runny yolk from the poached egg, blended well with the salad dressing, bringing out a delightful mix of flavours! continue reading

Me and my friend decided to drop by at Cedele to have our teatime, we ordered 2 different cakes, the velvet cake and the green tea cake. Both cakes were delicious and mouth-watering, for the velvet cake, the overall taste was pleasant and the texture of the cake was soft and spongy, the cake was not very sweet, thus making it a healthy cake. The green tea cake tasted good and the green tea taste was quite naturally and did not have the artificial taste. Both cakes costs $7.80 each! continue reading

Was doing grocery shopping at Parkway Parade, after a quick snack, had a craving for fruit dessert, so I went down basement and ordered Mixed Fruit Pavlova. Cedele uses no transfats and only healthy ingredients.Sweet crunchy outer case and chewy marshmallowy inner filling of meringue filled with fresh whipped cream while topped with heaps of fresh sour berries. What a pretty dessert and a taste that’s sweet to the heart! There's often a crowd here and limited seats. So do expect to dine in with a couple of friends or expect a take out if there's a group of you in peak meal hours. continue reading

I was greatly disappointed with the four flavours I pre-ordered from Cedele at Parkway Parade.Since hot cross buns are served during the Easter holidays, this year having read so much promotion about the new menu for hot cross buns from Cedele and being "kiasu" I called the Deli and ordered total 12 pieces (3 of each flavour) as follows:1. Almond Cinnamon ($1.80)2. Cheese and Onion Mustard ($1.80)3. Classic ($1.40)4. Chocolate Walnut ($1./60)Despite reminding the staff that I wanted fresh hot cross buns, I was given hard cross buns. The bread are not fresh even when I preheat these buns, the bread got even harder.I would rather go with the classic hot cross buns from other outlets. continue reading
