I had eaten many Lor Mee before but never tried Lor Mee with Chicken meat instead of using braised pork. This Lor Mee stall only open until lunch time, so today I had chance upon to tried it.The Lor Mee soup tasted like just other Lor Mee even though they did not use any Pork. The soup tasted of braised herb meaty soup. The braised chicken tasted good and smooth, no fatty feel unlike those Pork ones.

My uncle bought me and mom lor mee from this stall @ Tanglin Halt Market while he was on his way to visit us during lunch hour.I feel that the lor mee is rather nice, is much better than what i normally had from other stalls. The serving portion is quite big, and they are rather generous with the fried ingredients. The fried ingrdients still taste quite nice after a short journey to my house. The noodles and fried ingredients are not soggy at all.

What would you expect for a $3 portion worth of Lor Mee?The Lor Mee Stall @ Tanglin Halt is extremely generous when it comes it serving portion. For a normal $3.00 portion, it comes with a wide variety of fried stuff on top of the usual Lor Bah and eggs. The fried ingredient are still crispy (not soggy) by the time its being presented to you. However, the gravy is a little bland for my liking.I felt as thou it's just starch gravy and nothing else.Value for dollar if you are going for it's quantity.
