FoodPig Organs mee sua is also one of my favourite choice of lunch in Ayer Rajah Food Centre. Soup is tasteful. Not sure if this stall is affiliated with the Authentic Cheng Mun Kee Pig's Organ soup in Jalan Besar, their soup stock tastes close but still you will be able to tell the difference. The chilli that comes along with it is not as spicy. Cost: $3.30.Well prepared mixed organs that consists of liver, thin slices of "San Cheng Rou", pork balls and pork belly. The biting tension of the organs seems good, even the mee sua!ServiceService is a mess. This stall was manned by 3 aunties. The one who is taking order has no simple sense of the queuing system. When she asked our table number, we told her that we will self collect, she somehow gave a displeased look and kept grumbling to herself. Few of my colleagues had made their order and was before us, all those customers who came last were served first and one of my colleagues were rather angry with her service. AmbienceBecause of the failure in managing the queue, there were a number of rowdy customers crowding around waiting for their food. In the cooking area, the lady had little or no time to take a look as she is busying catching up her orders as there is only one pot and one stove for cooking.PricePricing is fine and relatively competitive. Recommendation / TipsBecause of the lady's attitude and poor coordination, I will only rate its overall as OK. Such poor customer service will only drive their customer away. continue reading
