By default, the rice they serve for Duck Rice is plain white rice.
The quality of the rice was good. It was not soft and wet. Not too dry. Tasted good when I ate it with the duck rice sauce.
The duck rice sauce was quite sweet and salty by the way. It was a very good combination with the roasted duck.
However, the roasted duck was not as crispy and fragrant as I expected it to be.
Nevertheless, the duck was cooked in a healthier way, since the meat was not so oily, dark (the colour of the meat was quite white), salty, and well-seasoned like most the 'delicious' ducks outside.
The chilly sauce was very well-prepared anyway!
very appetizing!!

So, choose one. Live healthy. Or eat delicious ;)

Good service and clean environment.

is quick to catch your attention in this huge food court in the HDB Hub.
Why? Well, this is not a Chicken Rice stall that sells Malay-style chicken rice.

It is your usual local Chicken rice stall that sells noodles as well.
We ordered Roast Chicken Rice and Vegetable with Oyster Sauce.
My favourite is the breast meat, and I always ask for that.

The Soup that came with the Chicken Rice was piping hot and full of flavour - Mmm!
The chicken was soft, juicy and tender. The rice was soft, fluffy and moist as well.
The vegetable complemented the Chicken Rice well.

The service was prompt and the price was reasonable.
Of course, this Food Court is perpetually busy and noisy, so you must think twice if you want
a quiet, peaceful lunch.
Overall, the Chicken Rice or Nasi Ayam is good and we will be back for more!!

Reasonable portion for the price, the chicken is soft and tender. The roasted skin was a little thin but it was tasty and fragrant. The chilli is spicy enough and the garlic is pretty imminent too. The rice was just okay, can’t really taste or smell the garlic, not much soy sauce from the chicken dripped onto it.

Chicken rice is one of my favorite local dish, especially the roasted chicken ones. This stall's chicken rice is rather good, to me a decent plate of chicken rice would require the rice grains to be sufficiently fragrant, crunchy and not too oily. The serving of chicken meat would have to be lean and generous. Chili is also a crucial factor as I'll always have my chicken rice with chili and the quality of it would affect the overall standard.I had it takeaway and the guy was pleased to do so. Re

I had it takeaway and the guy was pleased to do so. Really friendly staffs.
