koufu economic rice is one of the stall that i seldom order, maybe due to less interest in economic rice. Anyway the choice of dishes is not wide enough, and the dish presentation doesnt make me interested to order. the dish i order is also not very nice, the spinach is tasteless, and the fish has some fishy smell.. the pork is okay, nicely braised, and the gravy make the rice moer tasty. continue reading

Having lunch at Koufu with my friends. Felt hungry and felt like eating rice thus I choose to go for Chinese Cuisine at Koufu as the queue was not long.As you can see in the picture above, I had ordered the potatoes, long beans and fried chicken meat. The portion was quite small. I remember that after I finish the rice, I went to buy waffle hotdog as I was very hungry that time. The price for the rice was 2.7 if I am not remembering wrongly. The price is not reasonable as the portion was too small. And the potatoes, long beans and fried chicken meat tasted normal only. Nothing special that can impress me. continue reading

There is the potatoes, long beans and fried fish. It tastes normal...could not say it is nice or not nice, just kind of plain, not very impressive cooking techniques. The sweet and sour taste sauce is just not enough to cover the fried fish, making it taste dry...the potatoes and long beans are normal. The only thing I like this stall is that its food are not too salty and oily. continue reading

Zha Chai Fan ! I like the rice in Koufu NYP, it is soft and feel like those japanese rice when serve it hot.but I will suggest you eat before 5pm. This is because when I eat at 5pm, the meat very hard and i feel its really not nice, bite until my teeth also tired. But luckily the vegetables still crunchy, feel very syok when bite it.For one meat and one vegetables, it only cost for $2, but if u add one more vegi, it is $2.50 , slightly pricey then outside. continue reading
