Also known as economical rice, this stall taste is not bad for most of its dishes, not too oily and pricing also reasonable.Had the fried kangkong which were green and leafly and hardly find any rotten leaves.Taste good.Steamed fish with salted vegetables teochew style.very fresh and tasty.Stir fried cuttlefish with ladies finger and dry chillies.Quite spicy but very tasty for those who like spices and spicy foods.a bowl of porridge piping hot.Overall, paid $5.70 and i think its reasonable and in an air-con foodcourt. continue reading

For the portion and being at a food court, the dish is edible and reasonably priced. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. The egg is steamed nicely without much holes in it, making it look more pleasant to the eyes. The curry sauce was slightly spicy but I couldn’t really taste any coconut within it. continue reading

The mixed rice here could be considered as one of your choices when being unable to decide on what to eat when you're here at the food court. For 3$, you can have white rice with 2 dishes. Both were considered as meat dishes as one was sweet & sour potatoes and chicken franks while the other was soya sauce chicken stew. Despite asking for the breast meat portion, the guy still gave me a bony part, probably the thigh or so. The meal was okay, the white rice was crunchy and overall it wasn't too salty nor oily. I had it to-go. continue reading
