This food centre is always one of my favourite choice of place whenever I feel like having some solid and value for money local foods. This sambal stingray ($10) from this stall is one of my favourite dish in this food centre. Stall owner is always so smilely and friendly. THe stall is also clean and neat. For their stingrays, they are always so fresh and juicy, with no stingy smell. The sambal chilli is fragrant and super appetizing, and blend in well with the stingray. The garlic chilli

Ordered sambal kangkong and sambal stingray for dinner. Food arrived pretty fast. The kangkong's ($6) portion was quite huge for the small one and spiciness was just right. It could be better if it was a little less salty though. The sambal stingray ( 2 small pieces of fish. 1 was quite thin while the other was thicker) ($10) was alright too but they were quite stingy with the sambal. Rice costs 50cents a bowl.
