Traditionally, pork satay comes with one layer of fatty meat that are slightly charred and melts in the mouth when savored. The mutton satay retains some gamey flavour, which I thought was the key to a flavour-some (means flavourful and awesome) mutton satay! The key to Chye Seng Satay lies in their out-of-this-world satay sauce!
