The drink stall was located at the second floor of the hawker centre, next to the well known lor mee stall. Order was taken by ipad. Besides the hainanese style of coffee(S$1.90) and kaya toast (S$2.50), the stall also offered drinks such as green tea latte and toasts with spreads such as matcha coconut and key lime creme.Ordered Black Sesame Toast (S$3) and Rum & Raisin Toast (S$3) which were packed into black paper bags. The black sesame version was distinct and flavourful on its own, while the rum & raisin version was overwhelmed by the butter taste. The toasts lost its crispiness when cold. continue reading

I got myself a cup of coffee from this stall while having my lunch at amoy street food centre. I must say this was the best cup of coffee that i ever had in a food centre or kopitiam! Their coffee has a very nice coffee taste with the right amount of sugar and milk that i like! And it tasted so fresh! Cos usually there is some sour taste from the coffee i had in a coffeeshop. And their coffee is kinda of cute, they didnt use those normal cup that people normally use to hold the coffee. They use cups from Ikea, and serve with a straw cum stirrer. Rather special actually.Their coffee is definitely my cup of coffee. continue reading
