This is a very old school sponge cake and is very reminiscent of the days when I used to buy for my younger children. It used to cost me only 70cents in the past (buying from neighbouthood bakeries). had their red bean pastry thingy. rather odd. it's not very good as the pastry is so flaky it all flaked off except for the layer closest to the filling! and it's so crumbly, it just fell everywhere when you bite into it. not recommended! you end up picking at the crumbly flakes of pastry after you finish the filling because it is all at the bottom of the plastic bag. not good. and definitely does not survive a takeaway trip. service is too gruff as well. not sure what i am eating here...

This branch is really small.The price has increased from $1.40 to $1.50 few months ago.The amount of meat inside the bun is also lesser.The cashier at this branch is friendly.
