First tip: make a reservation before heading down, especially on a saturday!! It can get quite packed. Location : Cucina is located along the stretch of shop houses where wendys, body shop and yoshimaru is at. Once you get out of the MRT station, just walk along the bend of shops. It is well hidden. Interior :
The shop itself is one long restaurant, as such it looks quite dim inside, all the way till the back, the kitchen in on the right and the tables and chairs are lined up on the left.

Customer Service :
The wait staff were literally rushing and running around to serve. Maybe because it's a slightly fancier restaurant, whereby there's the appetizer, main course, dessert, drink etc, so the staff have to make more trips to the kitchen.. I don't know. Nonethless, it did bother me that they were literally flying around and no one checked on us. The staff were indeed busy, carrying dirty dishes and serving, they were not just standing around and idling. I wouldn't say that they are short staffed, because if they had any more staff, that resturant would be a fire hazard. It's that small

Food :

I had the msuhroom with toast and it was sooo awesome, for a brunch it was perfect. I ENJOYED and nibbled every bit of that toast. The salmon however, was just pretty much a bite full. It was more like a snack than a brunch dish. So it was a let down, but the salad was it's saving grace, we enjoyed the fresh salad. For dessert, I had a tiramisu cake and it was so yummy. I only wish that they would've served a larger slice, I am definitely keen to head back down for more of that tiramisu cake.

Overall :
Not a bad place for relatively value for money Italian food. I've been to Italy before so, hey! the Tiramisu has some standards here
