Da Mai aka Bubur Terigu or wheat porridge is one of the hot desserts found from most of the desserts stall in Singapore. Although the white wheat was supposed to be of some healthy benefits, due to the amount of coconut milk/cream added to the top had make the bowl of dessert become somesort of "heavy" for the stomach.
