Da Mai aka Bubur Terigu or wheat porridge is one of the hot desserts found from most of the desserts stall in Singapore. Although the white wheat was supposed to be of some healthy benefits, due to the amount of coconut milk/cream added to the top had make the bowl of dessert become somesort of "heavy" for the stomach. Whats good for a hot afternoon after a walk at the shopping centre? Its gonna be a bowl of ice cooling dessert. This bowl of ice dessert has a appealing presentation with generous amount of the coloured sago spreaded on the top with other fruits slices. Taste wise is not too sweet as the sweetness comes from the fruit itself and the fruits used are fresh and juicy. Lastly, I personally think that this dessert is actually quite healthy as no sugar syrup is being added.
