I wanted to have a dim sum breakfast but when I woke up, it was already lunch time. By the time i made my way to Kopitiam, there was not much choices of dim sum left so i settled for the lotus leaf wrapped glutinous rice. it was really good. the gravy from the filling seep out into the glutinous rice making it taste really tasty. the soft and chewy glutinous rice was such a joy to eat. the filling is also really very tasty. it was very filling.

I stopped by the kopitiam to pick up a Pau, since Im a great fan of Paus and all kind of Dim sums. They had some chicken & pork paus, so I asked for pork. The Pau was soft, hot, spongy & had a yummy spicy pork & egg filling. It was a big pau hence it was quite filling. I enjoyed the pau with a cup of black coffee. Yummy all the way & healthy too. The ambiance of the place was more like a hawker center, crowded with people, but I'll go anywhere just to have some Paus . The pau costed about 1.3 $

I just walked to a kopitiam in my lunch break & was confused with the variety of food. I finally looked at a set of 2 Baus & a tea for 2.5 $. Though it was lunch time, I felt like having this set, so I ordered for it. I chose a Char siew bau & a custard Bau. I loved these Chinese steamed buns. The pork one was awesome with a yummy curry filling. It was so soft & fresh. I loved the creamy thick custard filling too. They were freshly steamed. I enjoyed both the bau's with a cup of hot tea. I stopped by the Kopitiam & ordered for a Dumpling soup. It was ready in 3-4 minutes. It was a clear soup with about 6-8 chicken dumplings. The chicken filling is great. Its a chicken & veg filling. I love my soup with black pepper & chilli sauce & off course pickled ginger. Though it is a soup, it is the most filling meal & is a healthy dining option as well. I shall go to this Kopithiam again to have their dumpling soup since its yummy. I Love Dumplings

I da bao some dim sum back home, I am a fan of siew mai but when I opened the box of the siew mai, I was quite disappointed with how it look. There were four pieces and the siew mai looked really pale, the yellow base looks a little white, I guess it was over steamed. I added two kinds of chilli sauce to enhance the taste. In the end, when I brought it home, the siew mai turned out to be very juicy. The meat was very tasty. on top of each siew mai, there is a prawn. The prawn was pretty large in

In the end, when I brought it home, the siew mai turned out to be very juicy. The meat was very tasty. on top of each siew mai, there is a prawn. The prawn was pretty large in size, it was very fresh and crunchy. the chilli sauces were both nice. there was one that was the normal chilli sauce, sweetish sour, the other one had a lot of chilli oil and chilli flakes. It was more on the spicy and saltish side. Both goes really well with the siew mai. The appearance may not be so appealing but the taste is definitely there.

I was feeling very hungry so I decided to add some dim sum to my meal. After looking around for a while, I settled for their lotus wrapped glutinous rice. When I opened the box, it was very fragrant. The rice is very soft and sticky. the auntie heated it up until it is very warm. They are very generous with the meat inside, the meat is very juicy and tender. The gravy inside is very tasty and some of it seep out onto the glutinous rice making it very tasty. The portion is also very large, makes

Order a basket of Siew Mai for Tea at Yew Tee Kopitiam. Looking at the Siew Mai, you will know that it is mass produced and the taste is definitely not up to standard. Just as expected, it tasted normal and it cost me $1.80. The skin gets harden after awhile, so word of advice is to eat while it is hot. There is not a single prawn in the siew mai and just all pork.

The Dim Sum here is really nice and afforable and freshly steamed on the spot upon order therefore we have to wait about 10 mintues but the wait is worth it as the har kows are nicely steam and not soggy like those oversteamed.Tthe har kow which comes in a bamboo container and 3 pieces at $2.40.The har kow skin is wrapped just nice, not too thick or thin and inside is a big prawn and very fresh, very generous as we seldom find such big fresh prawn in a kopitiam selling dim sum at such afforable pr

Tthe har kow which comes in a bamboo container and 3 pieces at $2.40.The har kow skin is wrapped just nice, not too thick or thin and inside is a big prawn and very fresh, very generous as we seldom find such big fresh prawn in a kopitiam selling dim sum at such afforable price and the chilli sauce served here goes very well with Dim sum.

i love the chee cheong fan at this dim sum stall in kopitiam. I ordered the char siew cheong fan. It was really good. the chee cheong fan was stuffed with char siew and it is very smooth. I simply love the gravy. It is a little salty but good well with the blend chee cheong fan. the portion is not too big and you can order more dim sum to go with it. the char siew bao is really good, light and fluffy.

It's great to have dim sum stalls at Kopitiam because it is always very pricey to have this Chinese cuisine at restaurants. And when I am not really that hungry, I would head to straight to the dim sum stall to get something light. There are also some awesome deals, like the one I had recently was for a plate of prawn chi cheong fun and a cup of tea for only $3 (a plate costs $2.70)
