鼎記是否大名鼎鼎就不得而知，但其招牌的「鼎記潮州麵」就倒吸引了我，因為，從門面的圖片看，配料十分豐富，這就是吸引的主原。除潮州麵，還有其他款式，如炸豬扒麵、香菇軟骨麵、叻沙、香菇肉脞麵……等等！一客鼎記潮州麵，是以撈麵形式登場，伴一碗沒有下味精的清湯。麵條是粗麵來的，內有肉碎、豬肉丸、魚皮餃、肉片、蝦、香菇及多件鹵肉，真是材料鼎盛，整體而言，味道不錯，尤其鹵肉，濃香鬆化；唯可惜，感覺比較油膩，需知道，現代人事事都講求健康，太油膩就會令個麵的印象打了些折扣。
