The outlet has just opened at the temporary bus interchange. It is located next to the sichuan outlet, near the alighting area. The outlet offers ice cream and pudding made from black soya beans, which is rare to find in Singapore.The premium black soy base ($3.90) which could be ice-cream or ice-cream with chilled pudding, One also could top it with the various toppings available at $0.50 per topping.Regular which comes with the base and 3 toppings, costs $4.90Fabulous which comes with the base and 5 toppings, costs $5.60Absolute which comes with the base and 7 toppings, costs $6.20Since it was new, I decided on Regular. For toppings, I selected yogurt pearls, blue chocolate pearls, and salt caramel sauce. The ice cream came in soft serve form, with taste similar to the usual soya bean soft serve ice cream. Although I had it with the salt caramel sauce the taste was not too sweet. The yogurt pearls offered popping effect in the mouth.Quite a unique dessert. Among the toppings available, the only fruit choice I saw was peach, and it looked like canned type. Wish there were fresh fruit items.
