Green Bean soup was cooked with Sago, savoury and thickly filling. Chinese-style dessert, it cured heatiness effectively and helped to expel toxin substance from our body. Cheng Tng was on the other hand smooth and light refreshing. Not available everyday, we were so luckily to buy it. Both were $2.00, reasonable foodcourt price.

Last month, I had dessert at FEAST in the new wing of Jurong Point as I wanted to have tang yuans and I didn't think that the desserts shops at Jurong Point has it. I ordered a bowl of 5 tang yuans in total. I forgot how much it cost but it should be around $2. The soup is rather special and does not taste like any ordinary sweetened soup. The taste is a little sweet and savoury. The tang yuan is quite normal though, it tastes like what my wife cooks for us using the store bought frozen tang yua

The flavours given to me are peanu and red bean which are the common standard flavours. However, for the unique taste of the sweet soup, I will not mind buying from them again.

I was feeling a little thirsty after a hearty meal so I took away a cup of milo peng back to drink. I like kopitiam’s milo peng, somehow they made it such that the milo flavor is very strong, it is just sweet enough and the drink is very milky. Even after some ice had melted, the flavor of the milo is still very good. I had tried to make similar tasting milo peng at home but I always never get the taste right. So I guess I should just buy the drink back.
