Brought a set of the wan tan mee dry for lunch.Firstly, the soup has a light, mild sweet taste, 5 mini wan tan was included in the soup. The seasoning of the meat of the wan tan was sufficient, not too bland and was well cooked. As for the noodle, the seasoning was a bit bland and waterly, not very spicy. The char siew and vegetable was pre-cooked and was added after the noodle has been cooked. But i think that it is not a good idea as the freshness level will be affected overtime. I think that they should have cooked together with the noodle instead to ensure the freshness of their food.
