My father in law’s birthday so I bought his favourite durian puffs from my house nearby at Puteri Mas.The texture of these choux pastry are the soft and fluffy kind.The subtle looking filling is pale whitish/yellow looking but the taste is strong as it lingers on in your mouth for hours to even a day after consumption.However portion wise the puffs are actually very small and bite sized.
