Wanted to have a quick lunch here and ended up with queuing for the food for more more than twenty minutes before is my turn to order my food from the counter uncle. He is unfriendly and not patient when I placed my order. For the price of $4.30 per bowl, is expensive. Mee pok portion is very little and tasteless. The fish ball is chewy and fresh but is still too small in size. Really not filling and in less than 3 mins I completed the food. Restaurant is also quite squeezy and warm.

Had my lunch in this eatery in Century Square. The shop was quite clean and spacious. Before I step in, there is already a long queue outside the shop. Service was quite slow and not really that friendly. It took me almost fiftwen minutes to have my laksa ready for my pick up over at the counter. At $4.30 per bowl, it is consider quite expensive and the portion was not really that much. Laksa gravy was quite thin and tasteless. Ingredients are fresh but not generous as well. Rice noodles

Decided to pop by for late dinner at E.A.T Century Square after my Yoga class just now. The lady taking order is very friendly. However, when I was waiting for my food to be prepared by the cook, my impression changed! Not sure if he's really busy or he's tired, he seem to throw the utensils around & when I asked if the drink I ordered is self-service he replied impatiently 'if you order, you just take yourself lah!"I ordered the minced meat mee kiah dry. I ordered the minced meat mee kiah dry. Noodle was done just the right, but taste is like any ordinary minced meat noodle you get at any food court/ hawker center. For $3.50, you only get like a spoonful of minced meat , 2 slices of mushroom, 2 plain fried wanton skin & 1 fishball. For something like this, you probably can get it at $2 in some hawker center.

The cleaner who clear the table is also heard throwing the bowls into the sink for washing at the back of kitchen

where is a place for a quick dinner? i would recommand Century Square, 2 Tampines central 5, #B1-26, Tampines at E.A.T i like this simple minced meat noodle because it is a well mixed of meat, fishball, mushroom and wanton. the portion is not alot, just nice for me. it came with a soup. there is an option for chilli to be added too. there is not much waiting time unless going on a peak dinner time. overall it is a ok experience.

Worst dining experience ever. The moment I step in, the service staff already give me the "you owe me a million dollar black face". I wanted to give the food a chance so I went ahead with the ordering. When taking my food, the service staff was shouting something at me in chinese which I have no ideal what his problems were. My advise is stay away from this store , no point wasting your money or your time on it.

Ordered the minced pork noodle (dry), the fried giant fish ball the tofu with fish paste from EAT. Generally, the food tastes good and is kinda reasonably priced. However, the food is kinda oily, especially the noodles. Perhaps it it due to the chili oil as I requested for chili to be added to the noodles.Though I am not a fishball lover, I love the fried giant fish ball. Really yummy!

The stall is situated inside the newly opening Changi City Point basement. The nostalgic mural attracts us. We definitely have to eat the local famous FISH BALL DRY MEE POK. As usual, Fish ball & Fish cake with Mee Pok and spring onion spread on top. The only difference is without lard (optional). The Fish ball is tender & the taste is right, but the noodle is too sticky soft until it lumps together.

They have different choices of noodles, either al la carte or set. I ordered Set A (dry fishball mee pok and coffee - $4). The noodles were not very Q but not too soggy either, the seasoning was slightly salty, garnished with fishballs, slices of fishcakes and some chopped spring onions. If you're someone that enjoys lots of seasonings, then you'll find this dish delicious.

The local coffee was fragrant and good

I also ordered a home made tofu with fish paste filling ($1.50). The tofu was freshly fried upon ordering, so it piping hot, not too oily, tender within yet crispy without, fish paste and some finely chopped spring onions was well seasoned too. yummy
