The best thing I like when looking at those mixed rice stalls is the fresh green vegetables that I do not miss the chance to eat my veggies on the particular day where they serve the greenest looking veggies ( shine with the oily sauce of course, long gone is the healthiness ) ) at the rice stalls.This one was cooked just right, not making it too salty either for the sauce at a just right balance and the tofu was delicately cooked with mushroom clear gravy.The rice was also on a generous portion.
