Signature Dishes
This was a little cake treat given to me! The size of the cake was just nice for one pax, no mess eating it as a spoon is provided. The cake is packed neatly in a transparent plastic box, labelled eggless so anyone with egg allergy can eat it with peace of mind. The cake tasted good but nothing very special about it either. Amount of cream was just right, and the cake itself is spongy enough.

My friend liked the cake from Emicakes, so we decide to go with her wishes and get her birthday cake from Emicakes. We had 8 of us plus the birthday girl, hence we got the 15 cm Mocha cake. It is slightly small for 8 of us, but it is alright since it is just for candle blowing. The cake is filled with cream outside and the internal of the cake is made of vanilla sponge, interpersed with mocha flavoured cream. The cake is quite light tasting as the sponge cake is airy and the cream is light tasting. The mocha taste is not too strong though, it would be better if the taste is more distinct. However, that said, this cake is good because it is light on the palatte and it would be perfect after a heavy dinner.

I bought a cake for my grandma on my way home.It'll be her birthday the next day I know she loves Mango so i got a mango peach cake for her!The design is very simple and classy looking.The mango mousse is not too sweet, which is just great for the old folks.There's peach slices in the cake, so there's a perfect fusion of mango and peach taste!This sponge cake base is very soft, not dry at all This is one of the latest cake from Emicakes and i think it'll proves to be one of the best seller!

A birthday celebration at office, without birthday song or candles, it was a mute party. I think it was what the birthday girl want, silently and peacefully to celebrate her birthday.Seven cupcakes in total, the little waterdrops must be because of they were just taken out from the fridge. I like the yellowish mango cupcake, it looked attractive. They costed $2.70 each for all flavours in box.A contrast between two cakes, I meant the colour appearance. I ate Mango moist cake, it was smooth and soft. Anyway, I wish her a happy birthday.

I believe that are lots of durian fans out there in Singapore right!Just like me, I've tried a number of durian puffs around Singapore too!Here's my review for Emicakes.Emicakes offers a variety of durian puffs, i.e. classic, premium. Of course, the higher the price, the supposedly more rich the flavor would be!I've chose to buy the premium one that comes in 4 pieces for $7+. I guess its kinda expansive given the size of it. At first look, it looks yummy, however, to your disappointment, I think that the crust is too thick and the durian filling isn't as strong as what i've expected. Aww.Here's a close up look for you guys. Seriously, I think that four season is much better!
