Eskimo's pudding milk tea is definitely a cut above any other bubble tea shop's pudding milk tea... having tried a few others like Super Tea & Gong Cha. It is going at $4.50 here.Ranking quite high on my quick fix and comfort food list, the pudding milk tea here has me going back for it multiple times (at least 4-5 times) even if it is out of the way. A must-get every time I drop by Dhoby Ghaut MRT. If you haven't had it before, do try it. You'll never look back at other bubble teas!!! continue reading

Eskimo is definitely not one bubble tea shop that everyone is aware of. Usually when I am here, it doesn't really have a long queue nor many customers around the shop. I guess the location of it isn't very ideal. This eskimo I went to was at the Dhoby Ghaut exchange, meaning the shops right in the MRT station itself. Eskimo has two tables and a few chairs for customers to rest here with their drinks they purchases from Eskimo. Like I've mentioned, this place is usually very quiet, so if you happen to be at Dhoby Ghaut waiting for someone, or your friends have no where to do, perhaps you can drop by and have a cup of drink while waiting/chatting. I mean, not all bubbletea shops have seats for you already. Look at Koi and Gongcha. They don't do that! They even have SMU privilege which is free upsize! I saw this AFTER i paid for my drink, and I asked if I can still show my SMU card to enjoy the privilege, the person denied. But the thing is, my bubble tea wasn't even prepared yet. I feel quite pissed with her, but what can I do? Didn't show it before I pay. They also have some promotions here and there, which they will change regularly.Do remember to get the stamps card to redeem a free drinks after a few purchases I think! It's just like the old school days where cards are given, and stamps are awarded with every one purchase. At the end of the day, you'll be able to redeem a free drink after 10 stamps or something. Try Eskimo today, and forget about koi and gongcha! Personally, I feel that they are pretty much the same and nothing much different! Hope you liked my review!Hui Yan-http://chiamhuiy.blogspot.sg continue reading

Eskimo bubble milk tea is very nice. It has more milk taste than tea taste which is what I loved. The bubbles are very small and chewy which can be real addictive and yet it makes my mouth tired. I did not like my drink to be too sweet thus, I have chosen the fifty percent sugar level. It is freshly brew and it has a short queue every time I patronize them. continue reading

Went to dhouby ghaut last friday and my friend introduced this shop to me. So i decided to order the mini bubble milk tea with small pearls. To me, the taste of the milk tea is just like those milk tea from Koi or Chatime. It is actually the pearls that attracted me as they are so mini in size but yet chewy enough. It doesn't cost much, only around $2.40 if i am not wrong. continue reading

My friend ordered this Mint milk tea with pearls for me! This is my second time drinking eskimo and i think the milk tea standard is still the same which has a strong artifical milk taste, therefore never like their milk tea. However the mint is a little light which is acceptable to a person who does not really take mint at all. Would try other type like green tea or red tea except milk tea. continue reading
