Vegetable ban mian here is one of my favourite choice whenever I patronised this stall. Service was very fast and and friendly. Stall is clean and neat. For the price of $4, is consider cheap and affordable. Green vegetable noodle is super chewy and the pprtion is generous. Lots of fresh chewy chicken minced meat are inside which make the soupbase sweet and tasty. Their chilli sauce is fragrant and not too spicy too.

This handmade noodles stall has always been my favourite food stall when comes to craving for a bowl of quality handmade noodles. This time I have decided to try their handmade noodles in the soup version.

Staffs are as usual very friendly and approachable. The stall is also neat and tidy, which really make my visit a very pleasant one. The green vegetable noodles are very chewy and you can really taste that mild spinach flavour when chewing the noodles. The portion is also very generous too. The meat dumplings however would be better if there are more minced meat fillings inside, which currently the fillings are abit too little which you can only taste the dumpling skin more than the meat taste.

One very tasty part for this dish will be the deep fried ikan billis topped on this dish. They are very crispy and super fragrant, super appetizing. Their chilli sauce is also quite spicy with abit of slight sourness in it. Besides, there are also generous amount of fresh and crunch chye sim in it as well. Soup base is very tasty but I suspect there may be MSG in it, which after you drink it, you will feel quite thirty. At four dollars per bowl is cheap and good!

This is my first time tasting the hand made noodes in the dry version, and it tastes fantastic! The noodles is equally chewy and the portion is very generous. Love those thick dark sweet gravy topped on the noodles which is very tasty and appetitizing. The small short coming maybe the really simple dumplings used in this dish which are quite plain and only filled with minced chicken meat with no other ingredients in it. I was in the mood for some light lunch so I went to the kopitiam & looked for various options, finally I decided on fishball noodle soup. It was a clear soup with kailan in it, some pepper & fish balls. I generally am not a fan of fish balls, but I liked these. the taste & smell of the fish wasn't so prominent. My recommendation will be their vegetable noodles as the noodles are thick and chewy. Ingredients in it are also very generous, which includes minced chicken, fried ikan billis, spring onions, beansprouts, green vegetables and one whole egg. The soup base is really sweet and thick which will make you crave for more. At only four dollar per bowl (extra ten percent discount when using the kopitiam card for making payment), it is really affordable.

Looks good but doesn't taste as good. This is how I would describe the vegetable Handmade noodles which I have ordered from this stall. Though the shrimp dumpling is huge (quite a lot meat), it is not very fresh. It seems to be made a few days ago. The black sauce which is added the noodles is also taste quite blend. In short, I will not recommend one to try the food from this stall.

This handmade noodle in this Plaza Singapura kopitiam food court is one of the popular stalls. Long queue can always be expected to see for this stall. I especially love to eat their vegetable handmade noodles, thick and smooth texture. The soup gravy is more towards the thicker version and is sweet and nice. Generous ingredients iregardless of lunch in or take away. For the health conscious, this stall only use chicken meat to cook all their dishes. My verdict: 7/10

You might be thinking what an awful sight it already is and to imagine swallowing such alien noodles as lunch. Yes, it was indeed awful. It was meant to be spinach hand-made noodles with dumpling and sauce though the physical product proved otherwise. Starchy green-colored noodles with starchy gravy that I suppose was meant to be mushroom flavored. With 4 miserable 'dumplings' that hardly contained any meat, I highly doubt each could even hit the mark of half-a-teaspoon minced meat in any single

Also, the soup tasted like msg powder mixed with hot water. I have no idea why I choose to order this either, hence left the plate and grabbed bread from a bakery elsewhere for lunch to make up for.
