A popular stall in this food centre. Many customers crowded right in front of the stall waiting to order. I wanted goreng pisang initially but the customer right in front of me bought the last piece. The next batch would only be ready in 15 minutes time. I changed my mind and ordered a piece of fried tapioca instead. The tapioca was coated with a thin layer of batter and fried to perfection. The tapioca tasted slightly sweet with a nice crispy layer. It did not taste oily at all. I will definite

This stall has quite a wide range of deep fried items that are really ideal to eat as an afternoon snacks. I like quite a few items here, which include their deep fried bananas, deep fried sweet potatoes and deep fried slice yam. The bananas used are really sweet and soft, which almost melt in your mouth after every bites. Both the sweet potatoes and yam are very thinly sliced before coated with a layer of flour and bring to deep fry. Both are equally crispy, smooth in texture. Having these

Having these snacks with a cup of iced cold cane sugar will certainly make your tea break a very satisfying and enjoyable one. It tastes equally delicious as well even when it turns cold.

This seemed to be quite a popular stall in this food centre. I was there during lunch and there was quite a few people in front of me and these people have bought the remaining goreng pisang and left none for me. I did not want to wait so i decided to go with the fried tapioca kueh. It was nice. I loved the crispy texture and it was still soft within; most importantly, it was not oily. It made a nice afternoon snack and it is only 0.50 cents. I will definitely be back for their goreng pisang soon!
