Just a normal dinner during weekdays when I am staying in my hostel (at the furthest end of Singapore ), where me and my boyfriend would decide to go to JP for dinner because we are so sick of canteen food. We headed for Fish & Co for a change from our usual eating places. I ordered a Baked Cod with Spicy Teriyaki Sauce with mashed potato and rice while he ordered a Swordfish Collar with mashed potato and fries. Both are equally good but I love the swordfish collar the most. Crisp and flavourful, it goes well with the spicy mango sauce! Those who haven't try pls do! continue reading

Went to the fish and co outlet at jurong point that day and tried out their Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake for the first time! It was very good. The taste of the chocolate was thick and velvety, and the vanilla ice cream complemented the cake as well. It was a first for me as I have never tried eating ice cream together with cake before, so the experience was pretty good haha. continue reading

Another outing with my friends to Jurong Point’s Fish and Co. I intend to conquer all the different country’s fish and chips. I tried the Singapore one, it was good, for those who are not fans of cheese. This time round I tried the Swiss Fish and Chips. Of course it had swiss cheese drizzled on top of the fish. The fish they used were large in size and very fresh. the meat was absolutely fresh and sweet. there were not any fishy smell, even if there was, it was covered up by the delicious cheesy sauce. The sauce is really good, very cheesy and rich in flavor. I intend to try and review about the other fish and chips. continue reading

Fish and co have student meal at $8++. I went there with my girlfriend for lunch and we ordered their student meal. their student meal comprise of fish and chips from around the world, from Italian, to Swiss to Danish to Japanese to our very own island Singapore. I wanted to give those cheese ones a skips so that leaves me with only three options, Italian, Singapore and Japanese. I decided to give the Singapore fish and chips a try. It had some sort of chilli crab sauce. The chilli crab sauce in my opinion was not spicy but somehow it went very well with the fish. They had crab pieces on top of the fish too. really took the effort to make it chilli crab. Thumbs up for the effort. continue reading
