Recently, I tried out the fish soup from the Fish Delights stall. I chose the fried fish and requested for milk to be added to the soup for extra flavour. The fish soup comes with some lettuce, tomato, seaweed and of course, the fried fish. I also got a bowl of rice to go with the soup. The fried fish is just average. The fish meat is quite little, so I felt like I am eating the fried skin most of the time. The soup is rather tasty, the addition of milk makes the soup really flavourful. I drank

I drank quite a lot of the soup and the result is that I felt quite thristy afterwards, which means the soup probably has quite a lot of msg in it. Maybe I will try the sliced fish soup next time instead of the fried fish. The fish soup and rice costs $4.50.

This is the seafood hor fun from the fish delights store. The only thing i like about it is this it is served piping hot! You can see the steam coming out from the food in the picture itself. There are squids, fish, prawns and vegetables in this dish. Pretty basic and mediocre stuff if you ask me. The egg floating around in the gravy gave it a pretty nice taste too which adds to the flavour of the gravy. Perhaps if you're hungry, you could order this hor fun and a bowl of rice. Nowadays, to keep up with the competition, stalls not only have to sell food that is reflected in their name, but also have to sell other food products. This is why you can find porridge at a fish stall. I ordered the chicken porridge that was available here. It was alright, not great. Nothing surprising and nothing to complain about. As usual, the food court at dinner time is always crowded so if you want to beat the dinner crowd, go slightly earlier before 7pm.

Seafood Kway TeowCaution: Image may not be representative of true product. HAHA! My mom made the prawns into a heart shape! how cute!! This dish is cooked in a hot stove and is served together with it, keeping the dish hot. The kway teow is cut into thin slices and quickly goes down your throat as it is very smooth. Prawns was okay, a hassle to peel as usual and was fresh enough. It has squid and fish in it too. The squid was a little rubbery but still edible. Fish was not as fishy this time ro

Prawns was okay, a hassle to peel as usual and was fresh enough.
It has squid and fish in it too. The squid was a little rubbery but still edible. Fish was not as fishy this time round.
The gravy is quite delicious too when taken together with the kway teow.

I like this dish better than the previous one i ate!

Black Bean with Fish - $5-6? I can't remember how much it cost. I think it wasn't that nice. The set comes with rice and a side of cabbages. I didn't see any black beans in the fish gravy so, it might be just a paste or something. Fish was a little fishy. They veggies (capsicum and carrots) were drowning the fish so there's more veggies than fish. Although I love veggies, i think for the price of this dish, i rather have more fish than veggies. Rice was a little dry and not the puffy kind. I don

Overall, I didn't really like it
