This famous fish soup stall always has a very good food preparation system that I think other stall should also learn and follow them.One to receive our order and collect money, the 2nd staff will pass the necessary ingredients to the 'chef' staff, while the 'chef' staff will cook the noodles in a fast and orderly manner. For the price of $4.00, is affordable and taste great.The soup base is filled with the natural fragrant from the beans and fish stock. The thinnly sliced fish meat is very fresh and soft, and the portion is generous as well. Rice noodles are chewy and goes well with the soup base. Counter staffs are friendly and efficient in their service. Stall is quite big, clean and neat.

This fish soup stall always having very long queue during the lunch and dinner hours. It is always so crowded that you will usually need to take at least fifteen to twenty minutes to reach your turn before you can order your food. Love to eat their sliced fish thick bee hoon as their sliced fish is usually quite big and thick is size. It is really fresh and there are no stingy smell on it. The soup base is really clean and sweet, think should be the help of using the nice sweet ikan billi to boil the soup. The crispy ikan billis in it are also thick and delicious too. The portion of this dish is just alright for a person and you will feel the healthy content in it after you have it.

Really love the fish soup here, it’s so fragrant and nice and just soothing. add 20cents for milk. Only drawback is the mile long queue so will suggest visiting either before or after lunch but definitely visiting it. Service was brisk and efficient. I'm impressed with the uncle who has an elephant memory and lighting fast mental math abilities. I like the food court that served brown rice; however, I need to top up 0.50.

I settled my dinner near my office in orchard as I had to do over time. My colleague and I went Orchard Concorde Hotel And Shopping Mall (Juz Food Court) to have the Slice Fish Bee Hoon. It is usually crowded during peak periods, and we waited 10mins for our order. The slice fish is tender and fresh. You could also choose to add milk to the soup, but you need to top up 20 cents. Will come back again.
