Introduction
Formosa Delights, 清香馆, was founded in 1998 serving authentic Chinese hand-made noodles complimented by its specially made broth. From its humble beginnings of a single food court outlet in Orchard Road, it has now become a household brand for affordable fine Chinese noodles.
Through its expertise in noodle making, Formosa Delights introduced Dao Xiao Mian (刀削面) to Singapore. Its juicy steamed and fried dumplings have also gained great popularity with its diners.

Signature Dishes
Ordered a tomato noodle and one tea egg to give it a try as my friend told me they have the best tomato noodle. Indeed, the noodle is soft and tasty. As for the soup base is rich in tomato taste and is delicious too. Nothing too special about the rest of the ingredient as is simple ingredient that you can find just that added with tomato. Tea egg smell nice but it doesn't have much tea taste and is simply taste almost bland. Spent $5.85 for it and got a 10% discount if you got passion card to show them.
