Four season is quite popular brand in producing durian products. For me, i personally like to eat their durian puffs. The puffs texture is very smooth and soft. moreover is really easy to chew and full of light fragrant of the butter used in making it. The durian paste in it is certainly the winning recipe for this snack as it is very thick in texture and with the natural bitterness in it.

Normally people would go for their durain pancakes but I prefer their durain mocchi instead. They are kept in a freezer and upon customer's order then will they take it out and instruct us that it will take around 3 hours to thaw then ready for consuming. I just love the mocchi texture and the pungent of a good durain puree inside it and eat it while it's still cold, yum yum!

I think their durian pancake is a must eat for all the durian lover. I am not very sure if they use pure durian cause normally those durian I eat does not have such strong fragrance but nonetheless is very rich and nice. their durian mochi is also not bad but really have to thaw them properly or else will be like eating frozen durian. as for the durian puff I think they are just average, not as good as the other products

I passed by Takashimaya B2 and seeing as there is only one person in the queue and I happen to be craving for something to eat, I decided to queue for the pancake. I got two, one which I ate it right on the spot, and the other I brought it home. I put it back in the fridge to let the durian become cold again before I ate it. Although the pancake is cold, but it is just as yummy - just that this time it is like eating a cold durian wrap.

Bought a lot of durian pancakes because of the sudden craving for both pancake and durian. They used real durian so it was really yummy and sweet. Best for durian lover. But i think it is too sweet for me because the pancake itself is slightly sweet already. However if you have strong craving for durian, this is one good satisfying and convenient food around.

Business was brisk at Four seasons Durian. It costs $1.50 for one and I bought 5 durian puffs for $7.50. The durian filling is very thick and it tastes very good. There is always a long queue for the durian puffs. I enjoy eating the durian puffs as it is said that durian is good for the brain.
