Having white fried carrot cake as the one and one dish available from them, there are still alot of supporters patronizing their stall daily.The cheapest plate of carrot cake come in $2 and you can enjoy the thick and traditional taste from this local delight. If you look closely, these carrot cakes are distinctively make up of 3 layers, with the bottom and top as egg and "cai po" (preserved turnip). The layer of carrot cake was thick and soft. even though portion may seem a little but it is definitely filling to the stomach.

Whenever I visit Bukit Timah food centre, I'll ordered this stall carrot cake. As it has maintained their standard of food from generation to generation. When I first started to eat their carrot cake it was cooked by their grandfather! It had pass down to their daughter in law. The taste is still the same nothing has changed. The carrot cake are handmade. they cooked with many eggs, not stingy at all. The carrot cake is always crispy and soft inside. For just $3 you will definitely be full Please note that they only sells WHITE CARROT CAKE! they do have another outlet at Jurong West
