Discovered a great place for gather with friends, Fry Bistro was situated at the heart of Club Street. Served up mainly delectable fusion Western Cuisines, finger foods and beer here was equally awesome. Viewing of city skyline and feeling the chilled open air seating, atmosphere was wonderfully impressive. High heels were not recommended, because climbing up for 4 storey stairs was the only way to get to the dining space. Well-marinated wings were up to standard, neither overcooked nor too mushy. Special sauce put aside played important role to highlight entire taste, flavoursome with a spicy kick. Crisp on skin was fairly delightful, whereas inside was juicy tender. Total of six pieces, we shared the basket together.There were few flavours for chunky Fries, we went for the safe option. Crispy and pipping hot by the time it was served, each stick was evenly fried until golden colour. Poured Cheesy Mayonnaise generously on top, saltiness was just all right for my liking. Crunchy at the same time soft when I bite in, the fries were absolutely excellent in texture. Portion was sufficient if sharing, value for money.
