The sauce had plenty of egg in it & was good, not too salty & yet still flavourful. The crispy noodles were the thick kind, so if you like your noodles softer you can let it soak in the gravy for longer. - Sheng Mian aka crispy seafood noodles ($4)My hubby had the dry beef hor fun.
