I am always a fan of handmade noodles and this is evidently one of the best stalls in Singapore! The price is very affordable- $2.50 and the serving is fairly reasonable with plenty of vegetables and meat and what I love about this handmade noodles is that the noodles are springy (just like maggie mee). The texture is cooked just right and the soup is also not too salty. Each bowl of noodles was slowly cooked and you can feel the effort put into as I felt like its a home made bowl of noodles filled with love. Such attitude towards cooking can hardly be replicated elsewhere when most hawkers are more focused on efficiency and this resulted in the taste being compromised. Many thumbs up!!!
