Suntec City is going through a major revamp as it has quietened down , I was looking for a new place to eat.We were served with a set of side dishes by their attentive staff shortly upon placing orders.Anchovies were chewy with the sweet sauce coatingBraised radish was soft and delectable. The rest of the vegetable sidedishes were alright.Sourish Kimchi was crunchy and opened up the appetite ready for the main course.Bubbling Mushroom Hot Pot , packed with wide variety of different assorted fungi filled the air with a strong aroma. Enoki (Golden straw mushrooms) were crunchy and all the other mushrooms were soft and chewy. The spring onions enhances the overall taste. The light and clear broth used to boil ingredients , eventually served well as spoonfuls of soup.Read More

They served delicious korean cuisine here. This is the kimchi omelette! It is the first time i am trying it. The kimchi makes the omelette taste a bit spicy and sour. When i bite the omelette, it does not taste like plain egg anymore. The kimchi makes it more flavourful and it is actually not very spicy at all (; This is the chicken. It is quite tender but i do not quite like the chicken here. The soup was quite salty to me.Anyway, the kimchi omelette is a must try dish~Read More

The lunch experience @ Gaia was a great one. The boss, an old and friendly korean man, came to chat and introduced the dishes to us when he found out we were there for the first time few years back. Interesting fact to note is that the kimchi is prepared by the lady boss herself. It is best to go with a group of friends, as the portion of food is rather big ( given the price you pay). Very authentic korean food Read More
