Introduction
Founded by Mr Ng Kim Hock (better known as 'Ah Tiam') over 30 years ago, our famous claypot rice originated from a humble street stall in Chinatown before finding its home on the most colourful street in Singapore - Geylang. Our signature dish is slow-cooked to order over charcoal to infuse the wonderful flavours of chicken, Chinese sausages, waxed meat and salted fish into our carefully selected premium rice. Our 'Tze Char' dishes are masterfully prepared by our team of chefs, who have cooked at Geylang Claypot Rice for decades.
