It was a lazy afternoon and I went to Global Kitchen for high-tea with my family as it was recommended by my sister. She expecially recommended the manyselection of tea and the wide buffet spread. The spread was mostly Asia cuisine from Siew Mai to Rojak, Laksa, Char Siew, Sushi and so on. They also have an assortment of sandwich selection and many desert selection of local kuehs and western cakes & muffins. The soup section – cream of seafood, fish maw seafood soup. The cream soup of seafood soup is very creamy. The fish maw soup is too thick but is full of fish maw and crab stick.Dim Sum. Feels the skin abit too thick.The white chocolate tastes very good.The smoked fish counter – little pancakes are made on the spot, top with slices of smoked fish and decorates with sour cream, chopped chives, chopped cooked egg and chopped onion. Very unique.The sushi limited, only a plate displayed.
