This was the most number of dishes I ever ordered from a nasi padang stall. I ordered 3 vegetables, and 2 meat! HAHA! It was really funny too see the shock on the macik’s face as she saw this girl ordering more and more! I had a reason though, I was sharing with a friend so I was given the liberty to order whatever I want! I chose the brinjal, spinach and ladyfingers for my vegetable and sotong and beef rendang for the meat. The smell was absolutely amamzing! Vegetables all tasted really good as

I chose the brinjal, spinach and ladyfingers for my vegetable and sotong and beef rendang for the meat.
The smell was absolutely amamzing! Vegetables all tasted really good as usual due to my love of vegetables. All of it tasted really fresh and not extremely spicy. The sotong was a tad too spicy for me but I was able to ingest it as the rice made it less spicy. Even if it’s way too spicy for me I’ll still swallow it happily as it was really good! Lastly, the main ingredient that I really like is the beef rendang. I love how the beef is really soft and in small cubes for easy ingestion. The gravy that accompanied it had a very strong distinctive taste which leaves you wanting for more!
If you’re ever in this area, stop by to try the malay food! With the friendly service from the macik and this absolutely tasty food, you won’t regret wasting some calories here!

Had this for brunch on a lovely Sunday morning with my family. Ordered 4 dishes - cabbage, mutton, tofu + bean, spinach (?) = $5.60Rice was very fragrant, a little mushy but still very delicious. I ordered the cabbage as it was freshly cooked and piping hot! Their cabbage was the crunchy type, not those that becomes soggy. Mutton was exceptionally good, one of my favourite place to have mutton! The meat was soft and the gravy was rich enough without being overpowering. Tofu + bean was a bit spic

Mutton was exceptionally good, one of my favourite place to have mutton! The meat was soft and the gravy was rich enough without being overpowering.
Tofu + bean was a bit spicy for me, lucky the rice was able to buffer the spiciness.
Spinach was normal, not too salty and there's no little sediments found in it, so it's clean very well.

The stall owner was also very friendly and i felt that she gives more than normal somehow.
Foodfare is generally very clean as the cleaners are prompt in their cleaning services to keep up with the ongoing stream of customers into the homely food court.

If you are an ntuc card member, there is discount for nasi lemak!

I recommend this stall as the dishes are all very nice and the rice is delicious!
Go in the morning (10-11am) for a greater variety of food as the dishes just came out!
