I ordered one of their signature beverages the Gong Cha Milk Oolong Tea $2.50. The sticker instruction on the cup advised tjat we sip directly from the cup to enjoy the layer of milk top floating above the tea but I decided to use the straw to preempt any messy spills. The milk oolong tea became the creamy emulsion shown in the photo. This was a tasty creamy tea latte with nary a taste of the oolong tea. I would have preferred a more robust oolong tea flavour. This tasted like a regular tea latte not eve. Llike a teh tarik despite the milk.foam. Good drink for people who love milk rather than for tea lovers. Nice thing is the drink is nt too sweet despite me asking for full sugar level and not waiting for the ice cubes to dissolve. continue reading
