Signature Dishes
I wanted something light and soupy for lunch. It seemed the fried fish bee hoon from this stall is an ideal choice. A good portion of thick bee hoon served with fried fish nuggets together with a brunch of different vegetables to make this a healthier choice. It was topped with a handful of fried ikan belis to serve. The nicely fried fish nuggets were of bite-sized and fried well to give it a slightly crispy texture before served it in the ginger based milky soup. The ingredients like the fish and the vegetables tasted rather fresh. The fried fish nuggets tasted especially nice when eat it with the red cut chilli and fermented bean sauce. The soup though a bit bland but it seems no MSG is added to make it tastier. It was a simple but delightful lunch.
