I ordered the watercress soup from the claypot rice stall. The soup is boiled with pork ribs, red dates and wolfberries. It is supposed to be very nourishing and good for health. This claypot rice, when i went with my friends, there's a short queueThe rice is well charcoaled, not very "chao ta" The meat from this stall is so well marinated that it has this perfect sweetness permeating through the tenderness.
